EM-40PE
The EM-40PE is a specialized derivative of the EM-40, optimized for particle analysis.
It supports larger samples as well as standard 47 × 47 mm membrane filters, making it ideal for particle inspection applications.
With a compact 65 × 65 mm EDS and integrated feature analysis, the EM-40PE delivers fast and accurate particle characterization — perfectly suited for applications where speed and precision matter.
