SPT-20 is a sputter coater that uses the DC sputtering principle to deposit a thin conductive layer onto the sample surface. Supporting various metal targets such as Au, Pt, Pd, and Pt-Pd, it improves electron conductivity on non-conductive samples and helps protect the surface from electron beam damage, enabling clearer and higher-quality SEM imaging.

It is well-suited for sample preparation for both Tungsten SEM and Tabletop SEM analysis, and can also be used to form thin-film electrodes in addition to conductive coating for SEM observation.
