The CX Series is COXEM’s Normal SEM, designed to deliver stable performance and versatile usability for research and development, quality control, and industrial analysis. With an intuitive operating environment and reliable electron optical performance, it provides clear and reproducible SEM images for both new and experienced users.
Comprising the CX-200K and CX-300, the CX Series supports SE and BSE detectors as standard, enabling observation of both surface morphology and compositional contrast. With features such as a chamber view camera, adjustable stage tilt and height, and high-magnification imaging up to 500,000×, the CX Series offers flexible and efficient SEM analysis for a wide range of samples and applications.

Home : The coordinate 0.0 position of the stage
