COXEM participated in 'Chemical Manufacturing Expo Korea' from March 23rd to 25th held in Songdo, Incheon and introduced COXEM's table top SEM and Ion Milling System CP-8000+. Specially, COXEM made a presentation about how to get clean cross sections of surface treated multi-layer samples such as planted, coated samples using Ion milling system.
